MATT LETSINGER CTS
PROJECT CONSULTANT
Matt is an audiovisual design and programming manager with extensive experience designing large scale audio-video facilities, network operating centers, performance space, video conferencing, training, convention, and interactive museum systems. His product knowledge spans VTC, ATC, audio DSP, control systems, video displays, and installed audio systems.
Matt joins The Sextant Group from one of the country’s leading Washington DC-based systems integrators where he worked as Director of Design & Programming. In his over 16 years of experience, his projects have run the gamut, from education, medical, and government, to corporate, civic, and performing arts.
Corporate clients range from Sprint and Volkswagen to AARP and Public Broadcasting System Foundation. Educational facilities include University of Maryland to Washington and Lee University’s Performing Arts Center. Letsinger was control system programmer for a major installation for Washington Hospital Center, and Chief Design/Project Manager for Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem.
Government projects include designs and installations for Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, Transportation Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Ronald Regan Building Conference Center. For many of these projects, Letsinger was vetted and granted Federal Top Secret clearance.
A graduate of The American University in Washington DC, Matt holds a BS in Audio Technology. In addition to numerous industry manufacturer certifications, he is credentialed as a Certified Technology Specialist by InfoComm International. He also is a bass player of some renown, and owns his own recording studio where he spends many a night and weekend.
