GREG COUDRIET CTS, INCE,
LEED AP BD+C
ACOUSTICAL CONSULTANT
Greg Coudriet is distinguished as one of the few acousticians in the country accredited through the LEED AP BD+C credentialing track. Bringing experience in both acoustical design and testing, he is skilled in both acoustical and sustainable impact of design and construction of high-performance, healthful, durable, affordable, and environmentally-sound commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings.
Projects include acoustical design, sound isolation design, and mechanical system noise control for academic buildings at Florida
State University, Penn State University’s Regional and Economic Development Center (RED-C), and Carnegie Mellon University’s Collaborative Innovation Center.
These projects have involved acoustical design for a diverse array of spaces, including classrooms, lecture
halls, distance learning classrooms, music and theater performance spaces, conference rooms and offices. Greg has also completed acoustical design for
several audio, video, and radio production facilities, including West Liberty State College, East Tennessee University, and Aims County
Community College. He is currently working on acoustic design for an academic building at Williams
College and a new multi-purpose performance center at Duquesne University.
In addition to his LEED AP credentials, Coudriet is accredited as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) by InfoComm International, is a member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE),
is accomplished in EASE, and is an active member of the Acoustical Society of America. He holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, and
a B.S.E. summa cum laude with a focus in Architectural and Engineer Acoustics, Vibration and
Music from the University of Hartford.
