BRIAN K. BACON
SYSTEMS DESIGNER
Brian Bacon has over sixteen years of experience in the technology industry, including audiovisual systems integration, custom furniture design, specialized high-end antenna arrays, and fire alarm system design.
As a CAD drafter in Silicon Valley he was an integral member of diverse teams working on internationally recognized projects as large as multi-acre antenna arrays for the Voice of America and as compact as signal input panels for government agencies.
Brian is known for his creativity and problem-solving expertise. He is accomplished in AutoCAD and has used Cabinet Vision. In crafting custom solutions for clients, Brian draws on career experiences ranging from fire alarm systems for maximum security prisons, master clock systems for high schools, multi-screen projection and voice amplification systems for theater-style churches, to custom frequency spectrum analysis vehicles designed for all-terrain use around the world. Bacon is gifted in fitting several square pegs into one round hole when he successfully finds ways to meet clients’ needs for complex video projection systems in beautiful, architecturally integrated designs.
Previously a manager of a CAD department for a regional AV integration firm, Brian established company-wide CAD standards, scheduled complex sets of concurrent projects, prioritized tasks, maintained high-end printers and equipment, and researched and advised on technology upgrades.
Bacon was distinguished with the Outstanding Student Award when he graduated as an Associate of Science in electronic drafting from the Wisconsin School of Electronics in Madison WI. Bacon is a certified USSF soccer referee, and has nearly twenty years of game experience from the community to collegiate Division I levels.
