A technology expert with 20 years of eclectic industry expertise, Matt Keene CTS-I has joined acoustics and technology consultancy The Sextant Group as Project Consultant.

Based in Phoenix, Matt will work closely with firm’s consultants nationwide, providing audiovisual, IT/telecom, security, acoustics and lighting design services for higher education, corporate and healthcare clients. In his new role, he will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring that technology solutions meet the end-user’s vision.

Prior to joining The Sextant Group, Matt served as Vice President of Operations for Kore Logix LLC, an engineering and software development firm providing audiovisual, technology and software solutions for critical corporate client projects worldwide. Previously, he was Project Manager for a Phoenix-based audiovisual integration company.

Matt’s client base includes Arizona State University, University of Arizona, AAA, and Wells Fargo. Key project experience includes Cedar Sinai Simulation Lab, ASU School of Law, and ASU Del Webb School of Engineering, plus corporate assignments for the Pew Charitable Trust, Plantronics, Janus Capital, Jay Peak Resort Vermont, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, St. Regis Houston, Intercontinental Montelucia, and other large international projects.

In addition to earning Certified Technology Specialist-Installation (CTS-I) and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credentials, Matt also holds Crestron Master Programmer, BIAMP Tesira Certification, Crestron Digital Media Certification-Engineer (DMCE-4K), BIAMP Audia Certification, AMX Certified Expert, ACE, BSS, Symetrix, and Polycom Certifications, SBCA Essential and MDU/SMATV Certifications.
